This is a service of organising and following through the property side of an estate file: assembling the schedule of properties, reviewing their documents, identifying what is missing, and attaching each property to its core details, ahead of valuation, division or transfer.
What it is not: hasr irth, the formal legal inheritance certificate procedure, which has its own authority and process and is normally handled through a lawyer. This role does not replace the lawyer, the court, or the competent authority, and is not legal advice.
